2018 Bhutan Student Aid – Volunteer Sharing 3

Start from here We took overnight plan finally arrived Bhutan. I got off the plane feeling very tired. As soon as my feet hit the ground, we heard our friends cheering. I looked up and was shocked by the deep and clean blue sky. What kind of country would this be? After we were greeted by local friends, we came to the clean bus. Bhutanese friends put our luggage on the roof quickly and orderly, and then we got on the car.  Although it was a dirt mountain road along the way, the air was refreshing here. We

2018 Bhutan Student Aid – Volunteer Sharing 2

In October, we came to Bhutan, the country with the highest happiness index in the world, and began several-day volunteer tour. I was still impressed by all the people who helped me participate in DENER’s volunteer trip. The trip to Bhutan made me more aware of what I would like to do in the future. The organizers of DENER have carefully designed three school supplies for the students this time. In these remote areas, monasteries often take on the responsibility of education. Little monks in these monasteries not only had to take care of themselves but also had to take care of others. These few years, through our stationary project as a seed, DENER had been able to make good connections with these students in the little-known places around the world. The purpose of

2018 Stationery Project Report

This year in March, our stationery program has started as usual. The annual stationery program is a very important project for DENER. Before school starts in fall, stationery will be given to children in Taiwan and in remote mountains abroad. We hope that children will receive the stationery from DENER before new semester begins. This year marks the eighth year of the stationary program. As in the previous years, it is carried out separately in various places. Our team in Shanghai is responsible for raising the funds for schools in China; while in Taiwan, we are responsible for
