Seed Teacher

Winter and summer breaks are the periods when summer loss is most severe in rural areas. Over 60% of parents in these regions work away from home for extended periods, leaving most children dependent on schools or community support.

Each year, we train passionate young individuals as reading seed teachers to provide bilingual reading and teaching services in rural schools.
