The first batch of stationery we ordered for children were delivered to DENER. For a long time, children in remote mountainous areas lacked extracurricular resources such as art, music, reading and sports, and these are important subjects that would inspire children’s creativity, thinking and action. In order to ensure that schools in rural areas could run with peace of mind, we also tried our best to assist them in this aspect of resources.

Children like drawing very much. This year we also ordered the large crayons and pencils with SIMBALION.

A few days ago, DENER volunteers also come to help with labeling, packaging and organizing the stationery. Thanks a lot for “Condé Nast Media Business Co., Ltd.” for donated 3,000 folders to students in remote areas.

Before starting the work, our volunteers arranged the work procedure one by one, and then carefully pasted DENER’s labels on the folders. Although everyone was busy during the process, they also shared their fun stories at school.

Then, it was the organizing and packing work. The stationery would be sent to schools in remote areas of Taiwan. We carefully confirm the number of students required by each school. In addition to stationery, we also prepared gifts for graduates for some schools. Surprisingly, there were only single digits left for graduates from these schools.

With the concerted efforts of everyone, boxes of stationery were sorted out, ready to be sent to rural elementary schools.
