Suddenly one day, his<br \/>\nmemory seemed to have left him. The old man forgot about his wife, the<br \/>\ncutest granddaughter, how to do a lot of things, and even how to be happy.<br \/>\nBefore the story began, Teacher Jing Rong gave a lot of information, asked<br \/>\nthe children to quickly memorize them in a short period of time and to<br \/>\nexperience the feeling that they could not remember.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/dener.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_6712.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/dener.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_6695.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>Then officially entered the picture book course, &#8220;Old Mr.&#8221; depicts the appearance of an old man who has dementia. using the simplest narrative method to tell an old man&#8217;s life from enjoying a happy retirement to not recognizing everyone&#8217;s life after dementia. Teacher Jing Rong asked the children to recite it separately, and their little fingers pointed at each word of the picture book earnestly. Even if it wasn\u2019t your turn to read the text, the children would still follow the progress in a low voice.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" src=\"https:\/\/dener.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_6708-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" src=\"https:\/\/dener.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_6698-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<h2>Piecing the fragments of memory<\/h2>\n<p>Teacher Jing Rong compared the lost memory to fragments, and asked the<br \/>\nchildren to try to piece together the things they don\u2019t want to forget the most.<br \/>\nA boy carefully put together a big heart and said, &amp;quot;I don&amp;#39;t want to forget the<br \/>\nlove my grandparents gave me.&amp;quot; Next to the big heart, he drew grandpa and<br \/>\ngrandma. For him, his grandparents are everything to him. Because of this, they<br \/>\nhave a strong relationship with their grandparents. The topic of &amp;quot;dementia&amp;quot;<br \/>\nmight be a bit heavy, but it may be a problem lurking around the children.<br \/>\nThrough this service, children recognized the signs of dementia.
